PART-TIME CARETAKER WANTED

The trustees are looking to recruit a responsible person to work approx 6 - 10 hours per week.
Duties will included opening up and closing the hall after use. Maintaining the communal areas, ensuring that facilities are up to date and in good condition. Light handy man work and light cleaning both inside and out are also required.

JOIN OUR TEAM OF TRUSTEES


The Village Hall is managed by a dedicated team of volunteer Trustees. We are always looking for help, so if you have a spare few hours every month or so, we'd love to hear from you. 
 
We also need help to run events in order to raise funds to keep the village hall in good shape. These events are great fun and important to our community. We're a friendly bunch, so if you're new to the village it's a great way to meet people and get involved in village life.

VOLUNTEERING AT VILLAGE EVENTS

VILLAGE FETE

Every year we hold a summer fete in the village hall and on the adjacent village green. The fete raises funds to maintain the hall and is a much loved community event. It really brings people of all ages together and is enjoyed by all. We couldn't run this without volunteers to man the stalls, sell tickets and help set up and pack away.  If you would like to be involved we'd love to hear from you. OTHER EVENTS


We hold many events throughout the year including our Scarecrow Festival, Quiz Nights, Reviews, Concerts, Fashion Shows, Movie Nights and Parties.
