Welcome to the Sherborne St John Village Hall website. Here you will find information about our facilities and how to hire the hall for your special event, as well as news on upcoming village events, concerts and festivities.

The Village Hall is a modern, light and spacious hall that was purpose built in 2007 to provide facilities for the local community and surrounding area.

Over the years we have seen many groups using the excellent facilities on offer, including fitness, dance and yoga classes, church and youth groups, Cubs, Guides and Scouts. We've also enjoyed many an evening at the Village Hall organised events such as quiz nights, fashion shows, parties and concerts.

The hall has also hosted many fabulous weddings and parties, Christenings and family celebrations.

The Hall

Complete with a dance floor, Audio visual equipment, WiFi, a bar and a kitchen, SSJ village hall is a venue that's perfect for parties, christenings, classes, concerts and business events.

The Vyne Room

A purpose-built consulting / treatment room is attached to the village hall and is available to rent on a daily basis, monthly or yearly basis. Ideal for a treatment practice or as a small meeting room.

Weddings & Parties

Our hall has seen many beautiful weddings and parties filled with family, friends and laughter. With a bar and kitchen we can provide all you need to cater for up to 120 people.We also have an outside patio area, ideal for summer celebrations.
